Get your software listed
Toolchecked is an independent directory of software and AI tools for salons, spas, barbershops, nail and lash studios. If your product serves these businesses, you can submit it for a listing.
A basic listing is free.
What we need from you
Please have the following ready:
- Product name and company name
- Website URL
- Pricing page URL (public pricing helps us verify faster)
- Plans – names, prices, billing periods and what each includes
- Additional fees – per-staff fees, marketplace or new-client fees, card processing rates, SMS or other add-ons
- Features relevant to salons – for example online booking, calendar, POS, payments, client records, reminders, marketing, inventory, payroll or commission tracking
- Business types served – salons, spas, barbershops, nail studios, lash studios
- Regions where the product is available (for example US, UK, AU)
- AI features, if any, and what they actually do
- Free trial or free plan details, if offered
- Contract and cancellation terms
- A contact for verification questions
Every listing is verified before it’s published
We don’t publish submissions as-is. An editor checks the information you send against your public sources before the listing goes live. Anything we can’t verify is either left out or clearly marked. Each published price shows a “last checked” date.
Submitting your product, or paying for an upgrade, does not affect its editorial score. Read our methodology to see how listings are checked and scored.
Optional upgrades
Once your basic listing is live, you can choose an optional Verified or Featured listing for extra detail and visibility. Upgrades are clearly labelled and never change scores or rankings. We’ll share the details after your listing is published.
